The term neurobics and its relation with short term memory is one you may not be familiar with. It is similar to aerobics which are exercises for the body to take part in. Neurobics are very similar as they are exercises that you should take part in so that your brain gets the exercise that it needs.

If your day is characterized by a regimented schedule, adding neurobics to your daily routine will provide some enjoyment, as well as an element of confusion to your life.

An investigation into neurobic exercises will prove quite interesting, as you will learn that through the use of neurobics, you will be able to enhance your short term memory with brain exercises that utilize your five senses.
