You will also want to look into Carnosine supplements which help to slow down many effects of aging. Not only can it help to regulate your immune system, but it will also assist in the development and maintenance of healthy mental functions including memory. Gingko Biloba has been shown to increase the amount of oxygen that is carried to the brain, which is very healthy. However, the National Institutes of Health recently reported that there is no conclusive evidence that it actually improves memory functions.
Supplements for memory are real and they are most often available to basically anyone. However, if you find that you are having serious problems with your memory you should consult a physician to ensure that it is not the result of something more serious.
